These Kapamilya acts are making a name in the global music scene!

Kapamilya acts BGYO, BINI, and Maki have bagged nominations from Brazil’s award-giving body, BreakTudo Awards 2025.

BINI is nominated in three categories: International Female Group, International Collaboration for “Blink Twice (Dos Veces Remix)” with Spanish-Mexican artist Belinda, and International Fandom of the Year for Blooms.

BGYO, meanwhile, is named a contender for the International Rising Artist category as the five-piece Filipino male group continues to make a name in the global music scene with their back-to-back releases, including the viral hit “All These Ladies” and new song “Headlines.”

Solo act Maki, who is about to launch his “KOLORCOASTER” album on September 19, is nominated under the Asian Artist category.

Last year, BINI won two Breaktudo Awards. The nation’s girl group was named International Breakthrough Artist and received the International Music Video of the Year award for “Cherry On Top.”

BGYO also made waves in the BreakTudo Awards 2024 by winning the Music By New International Artist award for “Patintero.”

The three ABS-CBN artists are set to headline their respective solo concerts, with BGYO having their first solo concert on Oct. 4 at the New Frontier Theater, Maki on Nov. 7 at the Araneta Coliseum, and BINI returning to The Philippine Arena on Nov. 29 for “BINIfied.”

Since 2016, BreakTudo Awards has been celebrating established personalities and emerging talents in the global music, entertainment, and pop culture scene. This year’s winners will be decided through fan voting via vote.breaktudoawards.com until October 10 and will be announced during the BreakTudo Awards 2025 ceremony on Nov. 18.
