Get ready to indulge in a multicultural, culinary adventure as the BC Dumpling Festival returns to Town Centre Park in Coquitlam, BC on August 10, 2024. This year’s event is set to highlight the rich and diverse flavors of the Philippines, bringing an exciting array of dumpling delights from various vendors. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect at this much-anticipated event:

Mr. Siopao: Purple Ube Siopao

One of the standout vendors this year is Mr. Siopao, who will be offering their purple ube siopao made especially for the festival. These vibrant, sweet, and fluffy buns are sure to be a hit.

Little Saigon: Spring Rolls and Sparkling Coconut Water

Little Saigon will be offering their famous spring rolls alongside sparkling coconut water.  Available only directly from them, this festival is a rare opportunity to sample their new sparkling coconut water.

Sun Star Restaurant: Spicy Dumplings

For those who love a bit of heat, Sun Star Restaurant will be serving up big spicy dumplings. These dumplings are perfectly spiced, offering just the right amount of kick to satisfy your taste buds.

Jiaozi: Adorable Bao

For a fun and whimsical treat, visit Jiaozi for their adorable baos shaped like cats, goldfish, pandas, and more. These cute and tasty buns come in many flavours.

Plato Filipino: Made-to-Order Halo Halo

Cool down with a refreshing halo-halo from Plato Filipino. Made to order with all the toppings you can imagine, this traditional Filipino dessert is a must-try!

Dungan House: Beef Manty
