Romeo Brawner Jr. had sent a letter “soliciting” the Royal Canadian Navy for future MCAs.

King said he recently received a letter from Canadian Joint Operations Command (CJOC) Commander Lt. Gen. Steve Boivin, answering affirmative to Brawner’s request.
