GMA Network’s biggest adventure-serye of the year, “Lolong,” made a huge splash on TV beginning last July 4, headlined by Kapuso Action-Drama Prince Ruru Madrid. A series about the unusual friendship between Lolong (Ruru) and a giant crocodile named Dakila, Lolong also stars Shaira Diaz and Arra San Agustin, along with the powerhouse cast members composed of Christopher de Leon, Jean Garcia, Bembol Roco, Malou de Guzman, Rochelle Pangilinan, Paul Salas, and Ian de Leon. Adding more color to the series are Marco Alcaraz, DJ Durano, Mikoy Morales, and Maui Taylor.

From hometown heroes, modern-day heroes can continue to rely on the weekly Filipino language talk show “Pusong Pinoy sa Amerika.” Returning for its 17th season on GMA Pinoy TV with the tagline ‘We Strived, We Survived,’ the show highlights the resiliency of Filipino immigrants who endured immigration issues in America. Premiered last July 3, it is hosted by immigration lawyer Atty. Lou Tancinco and actor Eric Quizon.

On July 25, catch a new and one-of-a-kind countdown variety show that brings to centerstage the Filipino talent and where ‘every minute counts’ in “Tiktoclock: Happy Hour Na.” Hosted by Kapuso stars Pokwang, Kuya Kim Atienza, and Rabiya Mateo, Tiktoclock brings exciting time-limited games, buzzer-beater performances, and surprises for all viewers.

This July, the Kapuso abroad are set to witness the musical journey of Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in the GMA Synergy-produced “Limitless: A Musical Trilogy.” The 2022 New York Festivals TV and Film Awards Silver World Medal Winner did not only feature Julie’s story as the singer, songwriter, dancer, multi-instrumentalist, and actress, but it also created a deeper appreciation of the Philippines’ enchanting music and colorful heritage. The three-part special airs on GMA Pinoy TV this July 2, 9, and 16.
