New Westminster Pier Park Reopens

Ten months after it first burnt down in a large fire in September 2020, the Pier Park in New Westminster, BC, has finally reopened as of April 2, 2021.

We were so excited we decided to pay it a visit last weekend. With an impressive new slide and tons of other cool features, the new playground is really something. Throw ample seating and easy access to Columbia and Front Street (shops and restaurants galore), we think it’s worth dropping by on a nice day.
