A legal complaint against Raymart Santiago by his ex-wife Claudine Barretto for an alleged lack of child support was filed before the court.

This was confirmed by Barretto’s lawyer, Ferdinand Topacio, in a report by the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP.ph) published on Thursday, November 19.

Hindi nagbibigay ng sustento si Raymart. Ang tagal na! Nagbibigay siguro, 14 thousand a month, ganun. Tapos, wala na (Raymart is not giving child support for a long time! If he does, it is about 14 thousand and nothing more,” Topacio said in the same report, which breaks the supposed agreement between the two of P100,000 monthly. This prompted Barretto to take legal action.

As of writing, Santiago has yet to make a public comment about this. He is also expected to submit a counter-affidavit.

They got married back in May 2004 and separated nine years later. It can be remembered that this is not the first time for the two to face legally in court after a series of cases and hearings  years ago for their separation.
