Dating? Jodi Sta. Maria, Raymart Santiago are ‘happy’
Their faces are not clearly seen with their limbs entangled in an embrace in a circulating photo but celebrities Jodi Sta. Maria and Raymart Santiago are “happy” in a relationship, according to a source.
A photo taken inside a private residence in Alabang shared by talent manager Noel Ferrer showed the two hugging.
Ferrer captioned it with “WE ARE HAPPY THAT YOU ARE HAPPY!!!” then adding “GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!!!” after tagging the two in their respective Instagram accounts.
In an article by Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP.ph) on Thursday, October 1, Ferrer confirmed that Sta. Maria, 38, and Santiago, 47, are dating, with the latter not ‘denying’ the news.
“Ibang klase talaga ang tadhana, ‘no? Pareho silang na-link sa iba’t ibang tao pero ipinag-aadya ng Diyos sa tamang panahon ang lahat sa tamang tao (Fate is really something else, right? They were both linked to different people but the Lord really sets things to happen to people at the right time),” the talent manager wrote.
While Sta. Maria’s and Santiago’s camps remained silent, netizens congratulated them on Ferrer’s post.
However, in another PEP report, Ferrer wrote more about Santiago’s short but sweet answer on Wednesday.
“Hindi naman kami KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla) o LizQuen (Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil). Kung ano man yung inilabas niyo, yun na ‘yon, Masaya lang lahat (We are not really KathNiel or LizQuen. Whatever you released, that’s all there is to it. We are just happy,” he said.
Sta. Maria was previously married to Pampi Lacson, to whom she had a son with, Thirdy. Lacson now has a family with Iwa Moto. Even with such a setup, Sta. Maria and Moto are open about their good relationship with each other and their kids, treating one another as part of the whole family. Sta. Maria’s love life last love life update was when she was dating Jolo Revilla but their relationship ended in 2018.
Santiago was previously married to actress Claudine Barretto. They have to kids, Sabina and Santino. His last relationship was with a non-showbiz woman.
