Deal to develop Puerto Azul residential project inked

MANILA — Unicorn startup Revolution Precrafted Inc. has partnered with publicly listed Boulevard Holdings Inc. (BHI) to develop a new resort and residential complex in Puerto Azul Resort and Golf Club, a sprawling golfing and resort destination in Cavite, once dubbed as “Asia’s Paradise”.

4 hectares will be developed as part of the first phase. It will feature a total of 783 luxurious condominium units, cluster homes, villas and curated units.
Antonio said the first phase alone is expected to yield at least PHP3.4 billion in sales revenues.
The first phase will be developed in the next two years, while the remaining nine hectares will be developed in the next five years depending on market demand, he said.

“A part of our goal is to make Rogue Resorts and Residences as a popular destination for leisure and hospitality. We have plans to enter into an asset-management agreement with the homeowners in case they want to lease their units to guests,” he added.
Rogue Resorts and Residences is also being positioned as an eco-sustainable complex that will spearhead sustainability efforts and introduce eco-friendly amenities and tours.
BHI Senior Vice President for Hotel Operations Mike Panlilio said the company is in continued talks with Revolution Precrafted for other portions of the expansive Puerto Azul property.
