On Tuesday, April 16, the world warmly greeted a newborn baby named Jose Sixto Dantes IV, the second child of Kapuso’s “royal couple,” Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera.

Dingdong, whose real name is Jose Sixto Dantes III, delightfully delivered the news to the public through an Instagram post, sharing a photo that shows his beloved wife smiling at their little one as she holds him on her arms.

“Yahoo! After around 10 hours of labor, Marian finally gave birth to our baby boy at 1:35 pm today. Thank you very much for praying with us,” said Dingdong in his caption.

He went on to introduce his son, saying, “Welcome to the world, Jose Sixto G. Dantes IV!”

The comment section was filled with congratulatory messages from their fans as well as their co-stars including Angelica Panganiban, Ryan Agoncillo, Andre Paras, Diana Zubiri, Iya Villana, Rodjun Cruz, Joyce Pring, Jerald Napoles, Yasmien Kurdi, Gabbi Garcia, Loisa Andalio, Joyce Ching,  and Ruru Madrid, among others.

It was in September 2018 when Marian announced that they are expecting a baby as she posted a photo of her baby’s ultrasound with the caption, “My heart overflows with gratitude and humility. Dong and I, with our Zia, have been gifted with the miracle of life! Looking forward to meeting our ‘little one’ soon.”

Zia, Marian and Dingdong’s firstborn, earlier said it is her wish to have a “little brother” when she was asked for her wish on her birthday. This three-year-old adorable girl was earlier recognized by a Vietnamese website as one of the “most beautiful children” of Asian celebrities along with South Korean actress Lee Young Ae’s daughter, Jung Seung Bin, and former Korean-pop idol Ko Ji Yong’s son, Seung Jae, among others.
