During her tour in Switzerland for Miss Saigon, theater actress Aicelle Santos and fiance Mark Zambrano share on social media their pre-wedding photos shot by Nice Print.

In the series of photos, Nice Print explained, “During Aicelle’s Miss Saigon tour in Switzerland, her fiance Mark visited her. We took this opportunity to do some pre wedding shots around Old Town Zurich.” The images also show the couple enjoying the beautiful backdrop of the Rhein Falls and St. Peter Church, both dressed in winter clothes. Aicelle herself posted one of the snaps captioned, “Excited to walk this path with you.” Mark, on the other hand, posted his own favorite photo, saying, “Falling for you. Like I do every day.”

After more than a year of dating, the Himala lead actress and her journalist boyfriend got engaged on March 7, 2018, at Seda Hotel Vertis North just after she received the role of Gigi Van Tranh for the United Kingdom tour of Miss Saigon. Mark explained to Pep.ph that he timed his proposal to before Aicelle left, sharing in Filipino, “I told myself, I don’t want her to leave (for the tour) until I propose. Because in my opinion, probably if I propose, she’ll have more confidence being by herself in the UK like that,” adding, “Of course, when she holds onto her engagement ring, (she thinks) here’s a man waiting for her to come back. So, she’ll be more energized.” Mark even elaborates that their engagement was “a perfect night” for both of them because the fact that their family was there showed that he had their blessing.

After they first got engaged, Mark concluded, “To be honest, before I met her, I told myself I’d be a bachelor for life. Because, I was scared, I got to that stage. I wasn’t dating then. I don’t go out that much, cause it wasn’t there. I’m just thankful now, you know, this time around, I didn’t have to search. It’s like it was given to me. And, she’s the right person, that’s what I’m thankful for.”

There is no word yet on the exact details of the couple’s wedding, but they previously shared that it will be in April after Aicelle returns this month and that their dream is to have a beach wedding.
