The Cultural Expressions Festival (CEF) welcomes you to join us for the celebration of festival’s 10th anniversary. This year’s theme, We Are All Ethnic, presents dance and music performances, displays, food, family activities from across the world. There will be special activities including Living Library, Suitcase Stories, Diversity Mural and much more. These month long activities are coordinated by the Multicultural Association of Fredericton Inc (MCAF), in partnership with Fredericton’s 20 ethno-cultural and community groups.
