Arroyo hosts dinner for 2 ASEAN leaders

CLARK, Pampanga — Former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo hosted a dinner for the leaders of Cambodia and Myanmar on Saturday evening in Clark, Pampanga. 

Myanmar’s State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi and Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Sen were the first among the 20 foreign leaders to arrive here at the Clark International Airport on Saturday afternoon.  

The dinner for the two heads of states and their delegations was held at Midori Hotel in Clark.

Arroyo, together with Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, welcomed Suu Kyi and Hun Sen upon their arrival.

The foreign leaders received arrival honors at Clark airport with 1,400 students showcasing various cultural performances.
