The first-ever Philippine Independence Celebration Picnic on June 17, 2017 at Peace Hills Park, Wetaskiwin, Alberta is organized by the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary in partnership with the Fiesta Filipino Council and the City of Wetaskiwin. This event aims to celebrate our National day and to foster greater fellowship and camaraderie among Filipinos living and working in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
