PAGASA: Frontal system to bring rains over extreme northern Luzon Friday
MANILA—Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan islands will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms as a frontal system currently affects extreme northern Luzon, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Friday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds will blow from northeast over northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from north to northwest with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
