- The Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or the Number Coding Scheme in all areas in Metro Manila (except in Las Piñas and Makati)will be lifted on April 12 (Holy Wednesday) up to April 17 (Monday).
- Starting April 11, (Holy Monday) the uniformed light truck ban will be lifted until April 15, (Black Saturday) to give way to the Lenten break.
- The ban on PROVINCIAL BUSES along the stretch of EDSA from Timog Avenue to P. Tuazon Avenue will be lifted starting April 12 (Holy Wednesday) until April 17 (Monday).
