MANILA— Cebu Pacific’s Manila-Legazpi-Manila flights were cancelled Wednesday due to bad weather.

These were the 5J 321/322 flights.

The state weather bureau, PAGASA, earlier forecast that the northeast monsoon and the easterlies will cause isolated rainshowers over most parts of the archipelago on Wednesday.
