PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated light rains to prevail over PHL on Valentine’s Day
MANILA—Cloudy skies and isolated light rains are likely to prevail over the whole archipelago on Valentine’s Day, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
It added that the northeast monsoon is affecting the country.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light rains is expected over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Calabarzon, Bicol, eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao and the provinces of Aurora and Mindoro.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from northeast will prevail all throughout the archipelago with moderate to rough seas, PAGASA said.
