MANILA—Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar and National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon left on Tuesday for Washington DC to attend the inauguration of Donald Trump.

Andanar told Malacanang media that he and Esperon will attend “respective functions” while in the United States to attend Trump’s inauguration as the 45th US President on January 20.

“We will be performing our respective functions. We have side meetings too,” Andanar said in a text message.
