KUALA LUMPUR, –Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd has introduced exciting features for its smartphone Galaxy S7 Edge, including a Black Pearl colourway and 128 gigabyte (GB) internal memory.

The new edition, priced at RM3,399, is available from Thursday at participating Samsung experience stores.

“Compared to the standard 32GB variant, the internal memory feature of 128GB is also equipped with an external memory support of up to 256GB via micro secure digital (microSD) slot.

“With the ultra-storage, users can store and watch movies anywhere at any time, directly out of their pocket and onto their palm,” Samsung (M) Electronics Sdn Bhd said in a statement here Wednesday.

Vice President of Information Technology and Mobile Business Unit, Lee Jui Siang said the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge 64GB in Black Pearl is a new edition created for the modern day user, who is effortlessly chic, stores and consumes content constantly while on-the-go.

“This new Black Pearl variant, like other colour editions introduced for the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge before it, captures the essence of a unique persona, much like its owner.

“The flagship smartphone brings with it cutting-edge features including IP68 dust and water resistance, a professional-grade dual pixel sensor with a 16 mega pixel rear camera and a powerful processor,” he added.

The camera is capable of taking crisp, clear photos even in the dark.

The sleek black finish of the smartphone adds depth to its glass design and blankets the entire device.

In addition to the Black Pearl colour, the Galaxy S7 Edge is also available in 32GB variants in distinctive colours of Black Onyx, Gold Platinum, Silver Titanium, Pink Gold and the latest Blue Coral at RM3,099.
