MANILA – There is, after all, #forever in real life as Kapamilya stars Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano finally admitted into being in a relationship.

“We treat each other like boyfriend-girlfriend so yeah, we’re boyfriend and girlfriend,” Gil gushed in an interview with television host Boy Abunda, adding that they only needed to get their parents’ approval of their new status.

“Our parents never really said, ‘Okay, pwede na kayong maging boyfriendgirlfriend.’ Walang ganon. Let’s respect that, siyempre diba. So unless they say, ‘Okay, pwede na.’ But para sa’kin it’s the same thing na, e.”

The supporters of the Dolce Amore stars couldn’t be happier upon hearing the good news.

“Can’t people start off as being best friends? That’s what I meant by that. I didn’t mean to offend the fans.”
