Broadcast giant GMA Network, Inc. (GMA) continues to extend its global footprint with launches on new carriers in the Middle East and Singapore this March.

Last March 16, the Network through its international business unit, GMA International, rolled out its three international channels in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) through OSN, the dominant pay-TV network in the region with 25 countries within its reach.

The linear channels are GMA’s flagship international channel, GMA Pinoy TV, Filipino lifestyle channel, GMA Life TV, and international news channel, GMA News TV International.

Meanwhile, GMA Pinoy TV and GMA Life TV were both launched in Singapore via one of the country’s major pay-TV operators, StarHub, which boasts of 536,000 households subscribed to its service.

Further strengthening its presence abroad, GMA’s availability on the OSN and StarHub platforms complements other GMA distributors in the carriers’ respective territories.

“GMA is happy to partner with OSN and StarHub in order to better address the needs of our fellow Filipinos abroad by providing them with quality programs across different platforms,” said Joseph Jerome T. Francia, GMA’s First Vice President and Head of International Operations.

“Specific to OSN, there are segments of our target market that want to see the GMA international channels added to their current OSN subscription,” he added.

OSN subscribers can access the three GMA international channels by upgrading to the “Pinoy Plus Extra” package. For more information, interested parties may visit www.osn.com/en/packages.

Meanwhile, GMA Pinoy TV and GMA on Demand will be available on StarHub TV and StarHub Go, while GMA Life TV will be available on StarHub TV. Details are available on StarHub’s website at www.starhub.com/tv.

Subscribers of OSN Pinoy Plus Extra and StarHub can also enjoy select Kapuso programs on-the-go through any internet-enabled device.

In the latter part of 2015, GMA launched its broadcast services in Europe through LycaTV covering over 16 European countries.

With these new launches and several more in the pipeline, GMA’s reach is now wider than ever, making it the preferred choice of Filipinos abroad for quality News and Entertainment from home.

GMA’s international channels are now available in 60 countries and 50 States of US and District of Columbia through partnerships with the biggest carriers in the international broadcast industry.
