Philippines Press Club Ontario welcomes Marshall McLuhan Awardee

Philippines Press Club Ontario (PPCO) President Rose Tijam welcomes 2015 Marshall McLuhan awardee Joseph Morong, a prominent investigative reporter and series documentarist of GMA Network to Toronto.

A lively discussion of current events in the Philippines followed on Feb. 10.
