Live a healthy L!FE
MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Being healthy is not just a trend, it’s is a lifestyle. Your journey towards a healthy lifestyle will begin as L!FE opens its doors to health and wellness enthusiasts on October 7, at the L!FE’s Yoga Studio, Eight Forbestown, Burgos Circle in Bonifacio Global City.
In the last couple of years, oases of relaxation and fitness have been built in the heart of Manila’s busiest spots, one of them is the L!FE Yoga Studio, which combines yoga with live music and sound therapy, a health food café, and art for a holistic approach on health in a fun atmosphere, and will have young urban professionals a need to check in at only one.
The Bonifacio Global City’s newest health hub aims to be the metropolitans’ go-to spot for everything healthy, hip, and fun. The two-story lifestyle center houses a yoga studio where various classes are to be held weekly.
It also features a café called Vibe where Sprout and Fruit Magic are to serve whole foods, salads, snacks, and fresh juices
Home with 12 instructors, the yoga studio is offering 12 classes a day, and six classes a day on weekends of the heated and non-heated varieties. The instructors have backgrounds in Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa. As L!FE aims to veer away the traditional forms of yoga, it also wants to capitalize on music’s power over the human physique.
Aside from yoga classes, L!FE also have Vibe Café, which aims to to build a community that shares love for wellness and not making it as a passing trend but a lifestyle.
A place where people can ‘vibe’ together and meet like-minded individuals in the studio. Aside from healthy foods and drinks, L!FE also focuses on holistic health – relationships, laughter, good vibes, and other such life-affirming things.
To complete its four-part approach to wellness and to spice up the place, the studio rooms has artistic installations. The art in L!FE adds a touch of character in the place. Images and colors can help in uplifting the spirits of wellness enthusiasts. It also serves as a gateway for people to communicate, connect and bond, aside from having a dose of yoga.
