MANILA – Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman has been reportedly dropped from the cast of ABS-CBN’s teleserye “All of Me” and has been replaced as the leading man in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry “Walang Forever.”

With speculations that JM was pulled out from the program because he was causing problems in the set, his teleserye co-stars Yen Santos and Aaron Villafor quickly dismissed such rumors.

“Wala kaming nagiging problema. Masaya naman lagi sa set (We don’t encounter problems. We’re always happy in the set),” Yen said in a Philippine Entertainment portal report.

“Happy set…. Ang pagkakaalam namin is happy kami sa set.

And alam naman natin si JM, alam natin ang pinagdaanan niya, but I can say he’s doing his best,” Aaron added.

(Happy set… What we know is we’re happy in the set. And we know JM, we know what he’s going through, but I can say he’s doing his best.)

Aside from reports of being dropped in “All of Me,” the same speculation went with JM’s supposed lead role in the romantic comedy “Walang Forever” where he was supposed to be paired with Kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado.

Quantum Films Production lawyer Joji Alonzo confirmed reports, disclosing that JM will be replaced with another leading man due to conflicts in schedule.

“We’re having a problem with JM’s schedule that’s why we have decided to replace him for another actor,” Alonzo said in a LionhearTV report.
