MANILA – Amid the wedding bandwagon in the showbiz industry, Kapamilya host-actress Anne Curtis shared that she and long-time boyfriend Erwin Heussaf have no plans of tying the knot soon.

“I think we’re both in a stage na nae-enjoy pa namin ‘yung things that we can do without having to be engaged muna. At saka hindi rin naman uso sa mga babae, lalo na sa mga career-driven,” Anne said in the launching of her mobile game application Anne Galing.

(I think we’re both in a stage where we’re still enjoying the things that we can do without having to be engaged yet. And nowadays, it’s not a trend for career-driven women.)

“Darating din naman ‘yon. I think in God’s right time, darating din naman ‘yon.

Hindi naman kailangan agad-agad. Kasi, naalala ko dati, noong bagets ako, ‘Ay, naku, 27 or 25.’ When you reach 27, you’ll realize, ‘I’m not yet ready’,” she added.

(It will come. I think in God’s right time, it will come. It doesn’t have to be hurried. Because, I remember when I was younger [I told myself], ‘Ah, 27 or 25.’ When you reach 27, you’ll realize, ‘I’m not yet ready.
