Here are some scenes during the reception before President Aquino’s meeting with the FilCom at the Vancouver Convention Centre on May 9, 2015.

The president was warmly welcomed by the crowd estimated to be over 1,200. Due to his jampacked schedule during his 3-day state visit to Canada, PNoy had no time after the event to mingle with the community — many of whom were looking forward to snapping ‘selfies’ with the country’s leader.
