Filipino fans are ‘in tune’ – The Script

MANILA – Filipino fans may be the most “in tune” fans for The Script guitarist Mark Sheehan.

Sheehan made the remark during the Irish band’s concert in the Philippines two years ago.

He added that the audience was “incredibly passionate” about music and that they may be the most “in tune” fans he has ever played for.

“I don’t think the rest of the world knows that pretty much everyone in the Philippines can sing. Everywhere we went, we kept experiencing all these wonderful singers,” Sheehan said as quoted in a Philippine Daily Inquirer report.

“You guys come to concerts to really enjoy yourselves and sing your hearts out,” he added in the same report.

The rock-group will be staging another concert in the Philippines on April 17 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
