MANILA — President Benigno Aquino III arrived at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig Friday morning to lead the necrological service for the Philippine National Police – Special Action Force (PNP-SAF) commandos killed in a “misencounter” with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) in Mamasapano, Maguindanao on January 25, 2015.
