Cat found alive days after being buried

MANILA – A cat was found alive days after it was announced dead.

Ellis Hutson, a resident of Tampa Bay in Florida, claimed that he had buried his after the local veterinarians told him that it was already dead. The cat, which was named Bart, was found by Hutson lifeless in a pool of blood after being struck by a vehicle.

However, after five days, Bart showed up in a neighbor’s garden. The cat is undergoing surgery and has a chance of losing his eye, but he is expected to recover.

Bart, who is currently at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, was presumed to have regained consciousness after being buried. The cat also might have crawled out of the grave and hid for a few days.
