Passenger bus catches fire along EDSA Makati

MANILA– A passenger bus went on fire on Wednesday afternoon that caused traffic jams at the northbound of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Makati City, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.

According to MMDA metrobase, Manross Liner bus, with plate number UVB-618, went up in flames on Ayala flyover Northbound approaching EDSA at 4:45 p.

m.

MMDA Metrobase said nobody was hurt in the incident.

UPDATE: Flyover has been cleared as of 5:55 PM, Manila time.
