PASAY CITY — His Holiness Pope Francis has arrived at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena for the ‘Meeting with the Families’ (Encounter with the Families).

Upon entering the arena, the Pope’s face lit up as thousands of spectators cheered for him.

Before heading to the MOA Arena stage, he walked towards the area where the sick and disabled faithfuls waited for him and his blessing. He bowed down and prayed with sick children, the disabled, the elderly, and even blessed several items like a Marian statue, rosaries, and painting.

Ms. Boots Anson-Roa welcomed the Pontiff with a garland.
