BenCab Museum – one of Asia’s best

MANILA, Philippines – TripAdvisor, a global website providing traveler reviews, has included BenCab Museum in the Top 25 Museums in Asia, 2014 Traveller’s Choice list.

The multi-story complex is the only Filipino museum in the list.

Asian travelers regarded it as ‘great museum, awesome view, good food.’

The museum is named after National Artist Benedicto Cabrera. It aims to bring arts closer to the people.

It houses the national artist’s collection of his own artworks, as well as those of other old Filipino masters and new rising contemporary artists.

BenCab Museum is located at Km.

6 Asin Road, Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet. It takes a brief 15-minute ride to get there from the center of Baguio City.

Other museums from Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Armenia and Taiwan are also included in the list.
