Update: LPA already outside the country — PAGASA

MANILA — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday said the low pressure area (LPA) is already outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

In its 11 a.m. advisory, PAGASA said that as of 10 a.m., the LPA was estimated based on all available data at 640 kilometers west of Baguio City (17.

0˚N, 114.0˚E) and was already outside the PAR.

It added the LPA will not affect any part of the country.
