‘Boyfriend ko si Matteo’ — Sarah Geronimo

MANILA — After months of maintaining her silence on the real status of their relationship, Sarah Geronimo finally admitted that she is in a relationship with Matteo Guidicelli.

Sarah made the revelation on Thursday night in an interview on ABS-CBN’s late night talk show, “Aquino & Abunda Tonight.”

“Sige, sabihin ko na po, boyfriend ko na po si Matteo… Kasi marami na rin nagsasabi na paligoy-ligoy, di ba, so yun po,” the singer-actress said.

The two have been carefully avoiding any admission of the real score of their relationship since rumors about them were reported, July, last year.

Sarah’s revelation came several days after Matteo was reported  to have sent a message to a director with the term of endearment “mahal.”

The actor, earlier denied the issue saying it was a typographical mistake. Several reports, however revealed that the message was for Sarah and “mahal” was really Matteo’s term of endearment.

Also before the revelation of the real score between them, the two has been openly posting their photos together on social networking sites.

“I’m very, very happy. Sarah and I are very, very happy,” Matteo said in an interview with Philstar.com and other members of the press last Monday.
