Chito Miranda proposes to Neri Naig

Chito Miranda and Neri Naig are now engaged.

Parokya ni Edgar vocalist Chito Miranda finally popped the big question to longtime girlfriend Neri Naig.

The 38-year-old band vocalist made Naig believe that they were just shooting  a music video until he fell on his knees and asked the 28-year-old actress to marry him.

Miranda posted the video on his YouTube account Wednesday evening.

The couple were  embroiled in a sex video controversy last year after their intimate videos surfaced online.

In a previous interview, Miranda was asked if he has plans of marrying Naig and he replied, “Ako ever since planado ko na ‘yon talaga. (I have really planned it ever since.) Siyempre (Of course) when you are in a relationship, you always want to think na this would be it. So yeah, there’s a plan.”
