Carla Abella is still fixing her broken heart, barely two weeks after admitting her breakup with boyfriend Geoff Eigenmann.
“Healing will take time. Matagal yan.  Hindi ito overnight.  Hindi ito very easy for us,” she said minutes before the presscon of Regal Entertainment’s romantic comedy “So It’s You.”

The reason behind the breakup

Carla cleared that the breakup happened because they have different personalities.

“It was between two personalities with two different attitudes, two different ways of making decisions, two different dreams and goals.”

Right now, she is depending on her family and friends so she can move on faster. The Kapuso actress revealed that some of her friends are sleeping in her house to make her feel better.

“Hindi ko kakayanin ‘to kung wala sila,” she said. (I will not be able to withstand all this, if not for them.)

Abellana added that she’s not yet ready to enter into a new relationship.
