(Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\">Eugene Alvin Villar\/ Wikipedia<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u2013The Philippine National Police Counter-Intelligence Task Force (PNP-CITF) arrested a policeman in Marikina City for robbery-extortion early Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was identified as SPO1 Gomercindo Digma, who was arrested at around 1:20 a.m. Sunday at the Atchas Grill located in JP Rizal, Marikina City, after he personally received the marked money from the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>Digma, a police non-commissioned officer (PNCO), is a member of the San Mateo, Rizal PNP who allegedly demanded from the complainant PHP5,000 in order to return a sex video of the latter which was in his possession.<\/p>\n<p>Probe showed that Digma obtained the sex video from the cellphone of the complainant&#8217;s live-in partner whom he has previously arrested for reckless imprudence.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is now in the Office of CITF for documentation and processing for filing of appropriate criminal and administrative cases against him.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA\u2013The Philippine National Police Counter-Intelligence Task Force (PNP-CITF) arrested a policeman in Marikina City for robbery-extortion early Sunday.
