Gen. Restituto Padilla in a message Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Clearing and mopping up operations are still ongoing. As of 1:30 a.m. one more bandit was neutralized bringing to six (the number of) enemy killed and accounted for. Government casualties remain at three soldiers (one junior officer and two enlisted personnel) and one policeman.
