(Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/officialbureauofimmigration\/\">Bureau of Immigration, Republic of the Philippines\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u2014The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Tuesday said the deportation of Hussein Al-Dhafiri, an alleged member of terrorist group Islamic State Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), would be faster following the cancellation of his passport.<\/p>\n<p>BI Spokesperson Antonette Mangrobang said they have received a confirmation from the Kuwaiti Embassy regarding the revocation of the suspect&#8217;s passport.<\/p>\n<p>She explained that the cancellation of a foreigner&#8217;s passport by the issuing country, is one of the grounds for summary deportation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The bureau&#8217;s board of commissioners can issue a summary deportation order because he is an undocumented alien,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Under the BI\u2019s regulation, summary deportation proceedings only apply to foreigners who are either overstaying, improperly documented or undocumented, or a fugitive from justice.<\/p>\n<p>Mangrobang added that they are looking to deport Al-Dhafiri within the month.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That is a possibility,&#8221; the BI official said.<\/p>\n<p>She noted that the working visa of Kuwaiti which is valid for three years, is now invalid since his passport has been cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kung cancelled na passport niya wala na &#8216;yun visa niya.
