On Monday, the President himself with regards to the matter saying, \u201cI\u2019m ready to face the consequences. If I go to prison, so be it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meanwhile, Presidential Chief Legal Counsel, Salvador Panelo said that Matobato\u2019s plan to sue Duterte before the ICC has no basis and dismissed the former hitman\u2019s statements as propaganda. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIt might even be snubbed. There is no basis.
