(Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pnp.pio\/photos\/pcb.1439706532737265\/1439694726071779\/?type=3&amp;amp;theater\">Philippine National Police\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA\u2014The Philippine National Police (PNP) is now on &#8220;active defense mode&#8221; after the resumption of the peace talks between the government and the New People&#8217;s Army (NPA) rebels.<\/p>\n<p>According to PNP Public Information Office (PIO) chief and spokesman Senior Supt.
