De Leon was appointed president of Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) under the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Augustine Miranda Vestil Jr. was appointed as the new executive director of the Department of Transportation\u2019s (DOTr) Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).<\/p>\n<p>Vestil replaces Roberto Cabrera III.<\/p>\n<p>Also at the LTFRB, Teresita dela Pe\u00f1a-Yniguez was appointed Director II vice Benjamin Go.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, Ernesto Santiago Gonzalez was appointed Executive Director III of the Department of Agriculture\u2019s (DA) National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS).<\/p>\n<p>Gonzalez will replace Minda Manantan for the post.<\/p>\n<p>Their appointment papers were signed by President Duterte on March 7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA\u2014Malaca\u00f1ang on Thursday bared the latest appointments of President Rodrigo Duterte in various state agencies.
