This value is two points higher than the one obtained by the end of 2013.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the latest round of the survey, conducted Feb. 17\u2013March 7, 2014, consumer confidence increased in 60 percent of markets measured by Nielsen\u2014up from 43 percent the previous quarter (Q4 2013),\u201d according to the Nielsen report.<\/p>\n<p>Pinoys came in third after Indonesia (1<sup>st<\/sup>, 124 pts) and India (2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 121 pts).<\/p>\n<p>The said survey measures the public\u2019s positive attitude toward the overall state of local and global economy.
