(ICTSI) Philippine Kiteboarding Tour Season 4.<\/p>\n<p>It will be held in Bulabog Beach, the sports beach located on the other side of Boracay\u2019s more famous White Beach.<\/p>\n<p>The tour, organized by the Philippine Kiteboarding Association, is expected to be participated in by male and female kiteboarders from all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>Categories include twin tip race (masters), novice twin tip race, freestyle and hangtime.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth year of the PKA tour kicked off in Cuyo Island, Palawan in November last year.<\/p>\n<p>The second leg in Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island in Cebu was held last January 13 to 15<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s tour will finish at Cagbalete Island in Mauban, Quezon.<\/p>\n<p>Kiteboarding is an extreme water sport where riders propel themselves thru the water on a wakeboard or surfboard harnessed to a large kite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BORACAY ISLAND, Aklan\u2014This resort island will once again host local and international kiteboarders this February.
