Alan Peter Cayetano said in a press conference in BGC, Taguig City.<\/p>\n<p>Cayetano acknowledged that are certain groups that could not be stopped from engaging in sexual activities but noted that distributing condoms could also create more problems than solutions.<\/p>\n<p>He further said that he was for sex and reproductive health education but maintained that it should also be \u201csensitive to culture and religion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The senator also said that he was a believer of \u201cno sex until marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He meanwhile urged the Department of Health (DOH) to take a step back and first explain the condom distribution program.<\/p>\n<p>To recall, the DOH last year announced that it will be distributing condoms in schools in efforts to prevent the spread of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
