What makes her not qualified?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mocha is an artist. She is one the biggest artists that we have in the country. She&#8217;s been in the show business world for more than a decade. She&#8217;s one of the biggest bloggers that we have in the Philippines, very influential,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If she has been appointed already, I don&#8217;t see any reason why she shouldn&#8217;t be appointed,&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesman Ernesto said that Mocha Uson\u2019s term as MTRCB board member is until September 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Uson is a lead singer, dancer and a known supporter of Philippine President Duterte.
