First time ko pumasok sa ganitong klaseng challenge and I really enjoyed it, I had fun. Pero \u2018yong launch na talaga, grabe, kasi all eyes are on you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>( Who will not be nervous? It was my first time to join this kind of challenge and I really enjoyed it, I had fun. But the actual launch, it\u2019s super, because all eyes are on you.)<\/p>\n<p>After shredding 18 lbs, he admitted that he still wants to lose more.\u00a0 He added that more than the six-pack abs and bulky muscles, what he wants to achieve is a healthier lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So \u2018yong katawan parang bonus na lang \u2018yon sa process,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>(So, the body is just a bonus in the process.)<\/p>\n<p>When asked what are the adjustments that he had to make in order to achieve his new physique, he said:\u00a0 \u201cMalaking adjustment kasi hindi mo nakakain \u2018yong typically gusto mo kainin.
