Rosell-Ubial.<\/p>\n<p>Ubial, who was impressed with the health system of Cuba, said that it would be a big help already if our country could achieve the ratio of 1 (doctor): 1,075 (population) situation in Cuba.<\/p>\n<p>Ubial however admitted, that at present the ratio of doctors to patient population in the country is 1:33,000<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGiven that very wide disparity, she added that achieving even just 1:12,000 ratio would be a big help already.
