&#8220;largest Filipino festival in Canada,&#8221; and tasted a wide array of Filipino foods at the Taste of Manila festival in Bathurst Street in Toronto, Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>Wearing an apron on top of his barong, Trudeau with MP Marco Mendicino of\u00a0Eglinton-Lawrence, joined in the fun by grilling some barbecues themselves.<\/p>\n<p>He also shook the hands of the Filipino community present in the festival.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Serving up a Taste of Manila with Toronto&#8217;s Filipino community today. Mabuhay!&#8221; Trudeau said.<\/p>\n<p><em>Taste of Manila is an annual gathering of Filipinos at the &#8216;Little Manila&#8217; on Bathurst Street corner of Wilson Avenue. It is a free street festival attended by \u00a0a large number of Filipinos in celebration of the Filipino culture and cuisine.
