(Wikipedia photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 A new 24\/7 hotline number has been established by the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) to address passenger complaints at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals.<\/p>\n<p>The hotline number \u2018877-1111\u2019 was launched last Monday (Aug. 1) to address complaints ranging from rude airport personnel to overcharging cabdrivers, MIAA Media Affairs Office-in-Charge Feliciana Santos said on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The hotline is being managed by the MIAA Customer Relations Center located at NAIA Terminal 1.<\/p>\n<p>This hotline number is not to be confused with the MIAA\u2019s trunk-line number \u2018877-1109\u2019, which can be contacted for concerns involving offices within the MIAA.<\/p>\n<p>The trunk line is being manned by about 14 operators at the MIAA\u2019s Electronics and Communications Division.<\/p>\n<p>Santos said that signages have been displayed at the NAIA terminals to inform passengers of the new hotline.
